I am Ma Prem Abhaya, the founder of ABHAYA STUDIO,  a mother of two, and a seeker of truth.

The creation of ABHAYA STUDIO is a result of a deep soul searching through a long journey of discovery of my true authentic self. I wanted to create an inspiring place where everyone can feel belonging, a place for community, inner growth, and a safe place for exploration of “inner child”, creativity and healing. 

At ABHAYA STUDIO we are offering a variety of yoga-, pilates-, dance-, meditation- and healing classes, and unique courses and workshops for kids and adults.

All classes are designed to enable exploration and balancing of polarities within - feminine and masculine energies, yin and yang, movement and relaxation, action and surrender, strength and softness. Imbalance of these polarities can make us feel overworked, burdened, uninspired and unhappy. The vision of ABHAYA STUDIO is to create an atmosphere where you can feel more alive, creative, whole and balanced.

Ma Prem Abhaya, my sannyasin name, means ‘fearless love’ in sanskrit. My motivation for opening ABAHAYA STUDIO was to create a place where you can explore, accept and love the polarities of life.
