This HarmoniExpo, for me, has been about vulnerability—about my art and the story behind my creative process, about connection, about meeting my fears and moving beyond them.

I feel fulfilled from within and inspired to walk my own path with even more passion and trust.

First day at HarmoniExpo at Solnahallen.

THE FEMININE WAY

To relax and trust the flow of life is the feminine way of living.

Like water that runs effortlessly, the feminine flows in acceptance of what is, fully present in the moment.

In a world that rewards performance, structure, and constant doing,

her way can seem unfamiliar—sometimes even difficult to hold.

Yet the more she trusts, the more life moves through her.

Creation rises not from effort, but from the depth of her being—

from stillness, from presence, from truth.

She does not reject the masculine.

She does not resist it.

She meets it, dances with it, and balances it.

And like water—gentle, patient, unstoppable—

she shapes even the hardest stone

into something sacred, and precious.

Behind every fear, there is love.

Behind every sorrow, there is joy.

Behind every beginning, there is an ending.

In acceptance of the flow between the polarities of life, we become whole.
