MALE - FEMALE ENERGYWORK

Male-Female Energywork focuses on the male and female energies within the body—energies that influence your work, your relationships, and the choices you make, often unconsciously. When these two aspects aren’t listening to each other, or when one becomes dominant and the other diminished, the imbalance tends to echo through daily life. This method helps you see which energy is asking for more support at this moment. Just as breathing has an in-breath and an out-breath, life also has phases where the male energy needs more space and phases where the female energy naturally comes forward. Male-Female Energywork increases self-love within each polarity, helping both aspects relax into their true nature. In this relaxation they begin to flow toward each other. What emerges is harmony, clarity, and a more effortless creativity—inside and outside.

ART THERAPY

Art Therapy sessions, inspired by the work of Meera Hashimoto, invite participants into a creative and deeply personal exploration of their inner worlds.

We create a space where art becomes a form of meditation — a way to connect with what is alive within you. With gentle guidance rooted in meditation and therapy, you are invited to paint, dance, and explore without judgment. There is no striving to create “good” art; instead, you allow your inner world to speak. Through color, movement, and intuitive expression, the group becomes a safe space for releasing emotions, reconnecting with authenticity, and discovering new layers of self-awareness.

No artistic experience is needed — only a willingness to explore, feel, and express. These sessions support healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of vitality through the transformative power of art. In addition to painting, sessions include meditation, dance, body exercises, therapeutic exercises, and personal sharing.

SOMATIC YOGA & THERAPY

Somatic Trauma-Informed Yoga & Therapy combines somatic body-based practices with therapeutic techniques to support overall well-being and regulate the nervous system. These sessions help employees increase focus, reduce anxiety and cultivate a sense of safety and grounded presence in the workplace.

Sessions include:

  • Guided somatic yoga for nervous-system regulation

  • Trauma-informed mindfulness and breathwork

  • Stress reduction and burnout recovery

  • Emotional resilience training

  • Team-building through embodied awareness

WORKSHOP & PRESENTATIONS AS AN INVITED SPEAKER:

As an invited speaker I give workshops and presentations on stress reduction, burnout prevention and practical tools for emotional resilience, supporting a balanced and healthy work culture.
