This is an individual session offering a space to explore an issue, relationship, life situation, or something you would like to bring into awareness. The work focuses on balancing the inner masculine and inner feminine energies and exploring how these inner dynamics may be reflected in your relationships, work, health, and daily life.

The session begins with a short interview about what you would like to explore. We may also look at the current state of affairs in your work, relationships, and meditation practice.

You will then be invited to lie down, fully clothed, on the Reiki table for a psychic energy reading of your chakras — the energy fields of the body — and your aura.

The energy reading can help bring awareness to:

• Blocked or imbalanced chakras
• Stuck energy and past traumas
• Current dynamics in your relationships, career, and health
• Insights into the direction of the therapy

From there, the session can take different directions depending on what you are bringing into the session and what emerges through the energy reading. We may explore the inner masculine and feminine through dialogue and Gestalt work, work with past-life regression, or use short guided meditations to bring greater awareness to the present moment.

Each session is unique and follows what is most relevant for you in the moment. The process can open space for new perspectives and deeper insights, which may continue to unfold and be integrated into your daily life after the session.
