Queen of the Night β€” Spirit of the Black Panther

Light and dark are two wings of the same bird. When we reject the dark, it grows stronger. When we meet it with awareness, it transforms. Wholeness is born when we embrace both.

The presence of the black panther has been by my side for some time now. She appears during the most difficult transitions in my life, teaching me not to fear the darkness, but to face it β€” and transform it into light.

It was in October that I painted her β€” fearless and strong, yet vibrant with color. She gave me the courage to dance into the unknown with grace.

I also feel connected to and guided by Meera Hashimoto, who developed the Osho Art Therapy method, integrating therapy and art. Her approach has been a deeply transformative way for me to meet and explore the depth of my emotions through art.

Art therapy is close to my heart, and I want to share its transformative power. I offer individual sessions for those seeking personal growth and a deeper connection with themselves through creative exploration.

Queen of the Night β€” Spirit of the Black Panther.

Strength in the shadows β€” her ancient art,

She thrives in darkness with a fearless heart.

She moves with grace through the unknown,

Teaching us courage to walk alone.

For shadows are not to be feared, but known;

This is the soil where truth and rebirth are sown.

Through fear and doubt, she walks unseen,

The silent force β€” the moon’s dark queen.

She guides us to find strength born from pain,

To fall, to rise, to bloom again.
