Welcome to join our unique courses for kids at Abhaya Studio!
With much love and creativity we are looking forward to exploring dance, yoga, design, art, architecture and music together with your kids! All our courses are hold by experienced teachers, highly educated in their area of work.
Our intention is to create safe, relaxed and inspiring place for kids to explore their creativity and have fun!
You can find descriptions of each course below. All courses for kids are taught in Swedish.
TEEN YOGA (Tonårsyoga)
Life for a teenager can be complex and busy. Teen Yoga classes will help build self-esteem and provide techniques to reduce stress for young adults.
Each class consists of yoga poses, breathwork, relaxation techniques and short meditations. We gain strength and flexibility, while having fun, we practice flowing sequences to warm up the body, followed by longer-held yoga postures in the end of each class for relaxation.

Abhaya holds a PhD degree in Interior Architecture (with focus on colour use in modern architecture and design), she is also an experienced yoga- and pilates teacher, personal trainer and dancer. Abhaya has studied music, playing piano and singing, and has a great passion for exploring creativity in different forms.

YOGADANCE & ART FOR KIDS.
AGES 4-6
This creative class combines yoga, dance and art in a beautiful and adventurous fusion. We start our class moving our bodies accompanied by different music styles, exploring the freedom and joy of movement. In a playful way we will begin with different yoga positions that strengthen the body, improves balance, and relaxes the mind. Afterwards we are going to use colours to explore creative expression. The aim of this class is to support your kid in their creative expression both in movement and visual art.

Design studio FOR KIDS.
AGES 8-12
Design studio is a unique course for kids who like to create, build, design, and explore their creativity in a physical form.
During this course we are going to talk about design, architecture, fashion, art and create our own unique projects. We are going to draw, paint and build models; working in groups and individually.
The aim of the course is to assist kids in developing their creative abilities and learn some practical skills in area of design, architecture and art.
