PAYMENT / BOOKING.

Via our booking system Zoezi, you book and pay for drop-ins, courses, workshops, class-cards, lectures, trainings, gift cards, trips and retreats.

The first time you make a purchase, you create a profile either via your browser or the Zoezi app. On your personal page, you get a good overview of your purchases and bookings.

All classes are made available for booking three weeks in advance. All courses, special events and workshops are possible to book as soon as they are added to system and website.

10-class cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. 20-class cards are valid for 1 year.

CHECK-IN.

You can easily check in to your classes on site using the QR code at the entrance, please ask your teacher if you need assistance. Please arrive on time and complete check-in 10 min before classes start.

If you have booked a class but do not show up on time, you will receive a warning. If you have a class-card, missed classes will be counted as used.

CANCELLATION.

Cancellation of classes must take place no later than one hour before the class starts. In case of late cancellation you will receive a warning. After three late cancellations, you will be charged with 50 kr.

Abhaya Studio reserves the right to cancel planned courses and refund the course fee to registered members.
