ABHAYA TEAM

  • Abhaya

My journey on the way to finding my true authentic self, and to open my heart has not been easy. I have gone through many crises and released a lot of traumas, fears to be able to reconnect with my true nature. Inner growth, authenticity, love and freedom are the essence and longing of my soul, as well as my message to the world.

I love to work with people and go on deep explorations together. I love my work as a yoga- and meditation teacher, dancer, singer, healer, painter, and now founder of Abhaya Studio.

Creativity has always been an important part of my life. I have a PhD in architecture and have been doing research about colour in architecture and design. I love to create abstract art and explore my feelings through colour. A few years ago I left my ‘secure job’ as an architect and decided to follow my heart and work full time with people and personal growth.

I have also been studying music and singing opera. Now I am leading Kirtan gatherings, singing heartful mantras, playing harmonium, shruti box, crystal singing bowls, gong, shaman drums etc.

I am an empath and psychic, working intuitively with Osho Neo Reiki, crystals and taro. I like to experiment with combining Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Reiki and sound healing during my private sessions and classes.

  • Pia

I am Pia Luzzi, Holistic Health Coach and Pilates Instructor. I have been on the long-term quest of exploring what healthy and fulfilled living as a women and mother of two means to me individually. The more I find out, the more I come to the conclusion that this is a lifestyle I chose and keeps evolving over time.

With a background in Musical Theatre, I have been passionate about different forms of movement and the creative expression through dance and voice since I was a young girl. I first experienced Pilates while I was still working as a performing artist and never went without it since. I got certified as a Peak Pilates® Advanced Mat Instructor in 2014, and trained as a Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). In addition to supporting clients through strength training, I empower them to choose lifestyle changes and health-promoting behaviours that work for them. I guide women through the process of reclaiming their bodies, awakening from emotional numbing, getting powerful from the inside out, finding freedom with food and creating the life and motherhood they love.

I feel blessed to be holding space for Abhaya’s monthly Women’s Circle and cannot wait to meet you there.

  • Tomas

I am a fireman with a great passion for singing and meditation.

During the last few years I have been leading singing circles. I like to spread the joy of music, to create feelings of community belonging and to provide a safe space for everyone to explore their own voice.

I have also been trained as a Sound Healer and I like to write my own songs and guided meditations.

I am looking forward to meeting you at our monthly singing circles to enjoy the music together.

  • Veronica

For me to share, teach and facilitate the beautiful practices of Yoga has always felt like a calling, it is a calling, on so many levels and what a ride it has been and continuing to be.

How can we in the journey of life feel as good, free and in harmony in our daily life as we possible can, following our heart and desire, pursuing our dreams?

All these beautiful tools of Embodied Flow™, where my heart is, and also now so honored to be certified in, including yoga, non dual tantric philosophy, somatic & movement practices so beautifully shared by the amazing creator Tara Judelle has for me opened up so many new doors to remember and reconnect to the essence of me, what I long for, what my true desires and wishes are, what I want to share with this world!

Always honoring my path here through Yoga For Life & ISHTA Yoga where my facilitation of Yoga started and grew!

For me as a facilitator it is important to create a space where everyone can feel safe, be just as they are which I feel is the key to be able to explore and dive deep into ourselves and move outside comfort zones and step over thresholds.

  • Linnéa

After more than 25 years of dance experience of all kinds, varying from hip hop to Greek folk dance, Linnéa began to crave something deeper. Something beyond memorizing choreographies, trying to get it right and copying someone else. The best moments had always been outside of class, when spontaneous dance moves synced with others on the dance floor and when thinking ceased and the dance just happened. How do you ”teach” that in a class? She found what she was looking for in The Groove and became a certified Groove Facilitator in 2012 and has been joyfully giving classes ever since. The Groove is a simple way to unite on a dance floor all while being uniquely you. You can't get it wrong in the Groove. There’s a mixture of styles and the Instructions are simple so you can focus on how it feels rather than having to think.

The Groove has been called ”The most creative workout” by Shape Magazine and is an Award Winning and internationally accredited dance experience.

A very simple, creatively dynamic, interactive, delicious DANCE experience that nurtures the mind, body, heart and Soul!

  • Mattias

Mattias is a trained Gong master and MEM Gong-Yoga teacher at his own company "Feel The Vibes - Gong, Yoga & Meditation".

He got started with yoga in 2000 and since then it has always been a way for him to relax and find peace in both body and soul. Mattias first experienced gong as a deepening of Shavasana, and since then never wanted to miss out on the Gang Bath sessions offered at yoga festivals.

Mattias was further inspired by musician Shervin Boloorian and research from Fabien Maman showing how cells can be energetically affected by sounds. Eventually, in 2015, these experiences made Matthias start his own journey of playing the Gong.

The Gong has been played ever since, and now Mattias holds his own Gong Bath sessions regularly; at studios, companies, hotels, conferences, events and yoga festivals around Sweden.

  • Elma

I hold transformative KAP sessions at the serene Abhaya Studio.

KAP found me during a time of multiple thresholds, revealing a singular, beautiful path forward. Becoming a KAP facilitator felt like a natural choice, a conduit for individuals to surrender to their authentic selves and fortify their life force energy. My personal journey has been guided by a deep desire to empower others, helping them discover their inner voice, fortify their connection with self, and elevate the vibrations of everyday life.

In today's fast-paced society, self-care often takes a back seat, leaving little room to attune to our inner needs. Creating a safe space at Abhaya Studio is paramount to me—an oasis where you can release what no longer serves your mind, body, and soul, allowing for complete surrender.

Beyond my role as a KAP facilitator and energy healer, I hold a Master's in Communication and work as an organizational consultant. My passion extends to various creative outlets like painting, drawing, and writing, allowing me to surrender to the flow of creativity.
